We offer many services, FREE of charge!

 Supportive Counseling: we provide information and assist survivors in exploring their options and developing a personalized plan of action.
  
 Support Groups: for survivors to help themselves and others with the healing process and develop a support system
   
 Community Education:  presentations to county and private agencies regarding the dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Violence Prevention Education:  we have a community educator who presents to students in pre-school through 12th grades in Van Buren County.

 Personal Protection Order (PPO): assistance in obtaining and enforcing. 

 Accompaniment to court proceedings:  attending court hearings and other proceedings, communicating with law enforcement officers and the prosecuting attorney’s office on behalf of survivors and helping survivors to understand the court process.

Emergency Shelter: Assistance with securing emergency shelter and transportation there if needed.

 Transportation: to court, mental health, legal aid, and other relevant appointments.

Community Referrals: to other agencies who can help survivors meet their needs, such as WIC, DHS, SMCAA, Housing complexes.

Sexual Assault Response Team (SART): we partner with the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) at Bronson Lakeview Hospital to provide support.
